How leasing works
Four steps from form to market.
01
Submit your property details
Share the address, property type and your monthly rent. It's private and nothing is published.
02
I review your submission
I read every submission myself, then get back to you about your property and the kind of lease you want.
03
We meet and sign an authority
In person, with a notarized Authority to Lease that sets out the terms before anything goes public.
04
Your property goes to market
Only then is it marketed through my licensed broker, with your agreement on the details.
Be ready
What to prepare before renting out.
Requirements vary by property. You don't need these to submit the form, and we'll go through what applies when we meet.
Proof of ownership
A copy of the title or another document showing you own the property or may lease it out.
Owner identification
Valid government IDs, plus a Special Power of Attorney if you're leasing on someone else's behalf.
Building rules
For condos and subdivisions, any house rules or requirements that apply to tenants.
Decide early
Lease terms to think about.
You don't need final answers yet. A rough idea helps us have a more useful first conversation.
Monthly rent
The amount you have in mind, and whether association dues are included.
Deposit and advance
How many months of security deposit and advance rent you expect.
Length of lease
Your preferred minimum term, and when the property will be available.
Furnishing and utilities
What stays in the property, and who pays for electricity, water and internet.
Questions
Renting out in Pampanga: common questions.
Binding ba kapag nag-submit ako ng property for rent?
Walang binding hangga't hindi tayo nagkikita in person at pumipirma ng notarized Authority to Lease.
Opo, pwede mo itong i-submit.
Pwede bang for sale at for rent ang property ko?
Walang iisang sagot dito.
Kadalasan: proof of ownership, valid IDs, at house rules kung condo o subdivision.
